1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and borojet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the borojet website, mobile site, or any associated service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of borojet. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

These Terms apply to all users of borojet regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the Platform. They apply equally to visitors who browse without registering and to fully verified account holders who deposit and wager real money.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of borojet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. borojet is an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of borojet is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, a borojet account that was closed by us for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of borojet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of borojet services — including sports betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, and you are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

Each individual may hold only one borojet account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether for personal use, bonus farming, or any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account will be suspended and any associated bonuses or winnings forfeited.

• You must provide a valid and functional email address that you own and control. borojet uses this address for account verification, security alerts, and official communications.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your borojet account. Do not reuse passwords from other services.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify borojet support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact us at support@borojet.
• borojet staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

borojet reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility in your account dashboard.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on borojet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). We support deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your borojet account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours. borojet does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which borojet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until full identity verification has been completed. Subsequent withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 3 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but never wagered. A minimum wagering turnover of 1x the deposit amount is required before a withdrawal is permitted.
• borojet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud, bonus abuse, or security investigation.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.
• borojet does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

borojet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, cashback offers, refer-a-friend bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the following standard conditions apply to all bonuses credited to borojet accounts:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 10x and 30x) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed to fulfil wagering requirements on sports bonuses must meet a minimum odds threshold of 1.50 per selection. Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward casino bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%-20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins expire within 7 to 30 days of being credited, as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. Accepting a new deposit bonus while a previous bonus is still active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any behaviour that borojet reasonably determines to be bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage betting, account collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

borojet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. The Platform also reserves the right to decline to award a bonus to any user, or to revoke a bonus already credited, if it has reasonable grounds to believe the user is not acting in good faith.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on borojet are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. borojet will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances defined in these rules or in the supplementary sports-betting rules published on the Platform.

borojet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted as a result of a manifest error in the published odds, line, or market (a "palpable error").
• The event on which the bet was placed was cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or abandoned without a result being declared.
• borojet has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of match-fixing, corruption, or non-public information.
• A technical error in the Platform's systems resulted in the bet being accepted at incorrect terms.

Casino games on borojet use certified random number generators (RNGs). The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds. Historical results do not influence future outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures published for individual games represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Connection interruptions during a live game round are handled in accordance with the individual game's disconnection policy, which is documented within the game client. borojet is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of borojet. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or RNG mechanisms.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to exploit bonus structures, guaranteed-profit situations, or arbitrage opportunities using promotional funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their explicit consent.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals against legitimate deposits.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your borojet account at any time by contacting our support team at support@borojet. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

borojet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and to retain any balance therein pending investigation — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
• Provided false or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Exploited a technical error or vulnerability in the Platform's software.
• Requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme — in which case closure is permanent for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, borojet may withhold the account balance for up to 180 days pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned promptly. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be permanently forfeited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the borojet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of borojet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use borojet solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any borojet content without express written permission.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or extraction tools on any part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or server.
• Use the borojet name, logo, or brand assets in any way that suggests an association or endorsement that has not been expressly authorised.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, borojet, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if borojet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

borojet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your borojet account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

borojet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Platform for any particular purpose.

11 Amendments to These Terms

borojet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the borojet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Failure to close your account will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.

We recommend that you revisit this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. borojet operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and borojet, you should first contact our support team at support@borojet to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 in English and aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter. borojet is committed to resolving all disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. Matters involving account security, fraud, or criminal conduct may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities regardless of the status of any civil dispute process.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
